Boot camp classes are motivational, fun, and energizing. The exercise routine changes daily. Classes are made of cross training, cardio, strength, and aerobic exercises. Boxing is at the base of it all, so you will learn boxing techniques. Coach Dave creates a supportive family oriented atmosphere while delivering an exciting work out.
